1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 877com ("877com", "we", "us", "the Platform"). 3 Account Management

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Suspension & Termination

877com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where 877com has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• Continuation of the account poses a reputational, regulatory, or financial risk to 877com.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion request or regulatory restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, 877com reserves the right to withhold any balance, bonus funds, or pending winnings. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, 877com will return any verified real-money balance to the player through their registered payment method, net of any applicable fees.

12 Amendments to Terms
